'Checking in was fast & easy. Unfortunately, the elevators were not functioning, but they gave me a room on the 3rd floor just as I asked & close to the stairwell, but not adjacent to it. The room was fantastic. Spacious and as neat and clean as it could be. The traffic noise was annoying, but at least I had a room on the backside of the building. Overall it was a very good stay.'

'We loved everything about our stay. Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Loved breakfast. You have an exceptional employee, Deborah Walser. She helped me with securing a first floor room and making sure I could keep it until my husband was released from the hospital. Deborah is five stars and above; you are lucky to have her. I also have to say all the employees I interacted with were great. Thanks for a great stay! '
