We were four couples in Lexington for the Kentucky/Florida football game. Had a nice stay at the house. Kitchen was very well appointed and rooms clean and comfortable. Only comment would be the earliness of the checkout time. If we could have had one more hour to get our acts together it would have been a little easier.

Top notch property. Everything was clean and nice. Safe neighborhood, conveniently located to all things. Fenced backyard for the dogs and kids. Everything you need in a short term rental this house had to offer. Would recommend it to others, and would stay there again.

Absolutely fabulous home! Well appointed for a group of 6 couples. The kitchen is fabulous and open to the living room, which was great for our large group to spend quality time together. The golf simulator was a hit and we enjoyed the hot tub at night. My husband loved the property so much he said this is exactly the type of house he would like to buy. Highly recommend!!

Exceeded Expectations!

My family traveled to Lexington for the weekend and stayed in this beautiful home. Our experience was excellent with great communication from our host from checking in to suggestions for restaurants, etc. The kids ages 22-9 enjoyed the game room and the home had the perfect amount of space while still feeling cozy and relaxing. The home is close to the downtown and many restaurants, too!

Really nice house

I loved the property when we walked in-high ceilings, nice decor, very clean, and bright rooms. The kitchen was well stocked-we cooked a dinner and made breakfast every day. Enjoyed the hot tub twice and we played a little with the garage games. There were a few things... The pocket door to the owners bedroom does need to be worked on-it stuck quite a bit and we couldn't close it fully. The chandelier light in the bathroom did not turn on. There was plenty of other lighting. We didn't use the downstairs bedroom because the bathroom was across the foyer hall instead of ensuite-we didn't realize that from the description. It wasn't an issue this time because the people who needed a first floor bedroom with ensuite couldn't make the trip. Also, all of the electrical outlets on the kitchen wall were not working. So we just repositioned the appliances to a spot that was working. Kitchen was large and beautiful! I know the owner will take care of repairs- this is a very nice property. We would rent this property again as long as our numbers of guests work out with the bedrooms. We really enjoyed our trip.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

This house is top notch in every way! We had a birthday girl’s trip and it was wonderful. Kitchen is very well appointed. The property was spic and span clean and Seth made everything so easy…he got back to us immediately with any questions we had. The house has plenty of room with very comfortable beds. The hot tub was great in the evenings. Also, the house is in a great location close to Keeneland but also not far from downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. We all would most definitely rent this property again and highly recommend to anyone staying in Lexington!

Family and Friends UK Football Weekend

Three families came together to celebrate the UK/OU football weekend. This property provided the perfect place for all to stay. There was plenty of room and all enjoyed the hot tub and the garage 'play room'. It is a bit far from Kroger field to walk but we made due. The home is well stocked and there was little that we needed.

Beautiful and clean home exceeded expectations

Seth’s home was more than we could have asked for. It was extremely clean, the backyard is very well maintained. Games in the garage were fun to have. So close to everything! We tend to have pretty high standards but found ourselves very happy with our stay and experience! Host is responsive and helpful. Would stay here again without a doubt!!

We enjoyed our stay and visiting with our Lexington family. The repairs we noted to our property manager did not affect our stay. The property is set up for families of all ages to enjoy each other and visit.

Great place for a family!

Great house for the family. The house is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing. A few of the items in the game room are in need or repair or replacement, but that is to be expected with use. The location is great - we were able to get to anywhere in Lexington with ease.

Great Space!

From the initial booking through the entire stay, Seth was very communicative and extremely responsive. He was also very gracious and flexible with a request that I made. Overall, the property has a great deal of space, making it easy to accommodate large groups. It is also in a lovely, safe neighborhood, making it enjoyable to go out for walks. Just a few recommendations...some board games, or even Uno/card games would be great. Also, Kleenex/facial tissue really should be provided. We had to remove our makeup with toilet paper until we could get to the store to buy some tissue, because we didn't want to ruin the white towels. Lastly, while the kitchen comes very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc., many of them were dirty...to the extent that we would wash pretty much everything before using. Considering everything, especially Seth's communication and flexibility, we would definitely recommend his property and plan on visiting again!
