Kitchen was well supplied, dishes, flatware and most any type of pots, pans and cooking utensils one might need. The table expanded to seat eight, living area was comfortable. So nice to have Christmas with all our family. Pet friendly is a plus, back yard is fenced. Three bedrooms all had their own bathroom. Very nice place to stay.

A Bathroom for Everyone

We enjoyed our stay especially the ability to have three bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The house worked well for three friends and was comfortable. Access to garage parking was great, and the back deck looked out on a greenspace with lots of privacy. Don’t expect HGTV-like appointments. But, do expect a great value, quiet neighborhood, and a super-responsive host!

March Madness Basketball Vacation

Our adult family was in Lexington to watch the first 2 rounds of March Madness basketball. We had 4 adults and the house was perfect for us. We loved that it had 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The house is in a nice neighborhood and was about 19 minutes from Rupp Arena. There were restaurants, convenience stores and a grocery store quite close to the house. Overall, we had a great stay and communication with the owner was great! Highly recommend!

Road To The Horse 2025

We travelled to Lexington to attend Road To The Horse 2025 at the Kentucky Horse Park. The drive to and from the park was simple. The area of the rental was lovely for an evening walk and close to all amenities. The house was well maintained, clean and equipped, beds were comfy, towels were lovely and space welcoming.
