'We had a great time at this lake house. The house itself was absolutely perfect for our stay, which included fishing for the men and lazy/relaxation for the ladies. The dock was perfect for our 24ft SeaArk (public boat ramp was about a 5-10 minute boat ride from the house) and came with built in boat bumpers. Fishing from the dock itself proved to be our 4 year-old's highlight of the trip. There were plenty of brim and blue gill. There is also a free public splashpad park about 5/10 minutes...

'The house was very nice and clean on the inside. It was close to High Point City Lake Park which was beautiful. It is also close to several restaurants. Our contact Beth responded promptly and was very helpful.'

'Rented for my son's graduation and was able to easily sleep 8 and host a graduation bbq with others. Fantastic memory and a great environment to connect with a larger group in a family setting. Owners were great and very helpful all around so that I could host a great weekend.'

'While there are other houses visible, this property was extremely quiet and relaxing. Great location, "civilization" easily accessible...just a short drive. Hope to stay again when we're more physically mobile (one broken back and one broken leg... hopefully we'll be fully recovered soon). Plenty of historic sites nearby.'
