Located in the Villages of Five Points Lewes, east of route 1, our condo is the perfect spot for your weekend gateway or a family beach vacation. Lewes beach is about 3 miles, biking paths and trails that connect to downtown Lewes are in close proximity. Within walking distance from the property enjoy the restaurants, have a splash in the pool in the summer time, or hit the tennis courts for some fun.
The space
This second floor condo is located in the popular Villages of Five Points in Lewes, a family- friendly community. Everything you need is within walking distance, like a couple of restaurants, a grocery story, and a pharmacy. A short 3 mile drive will take to the beach and to historic downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park.
Enjoy the amenities this community has to offer like two swimming pools, eight tennis courts, a playground for the kids.
Our condo is a two bedroom, two full bathroom unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable mattress and a large walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a Six drawer dresser and access to the bathroom from inside the bedroom. The closet in the second bedroom is locked for owner’s use.
The kitchen is fully stocked for your own needs. There is a Keurig coffee machine and an electric tea kettle, as well all the other appliances like waffle maker and a toaster.
The dining area offers a generous size dinning table to enjoy a meal with your loved ones.
The living room offers a good size wide corner sectional and an electric fire place plus a 55 inch tv where you can stream your favorite apps and watch your favorite shows.
Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on our screened-in patio.
The laundry room is conveniently right off the kitchen, with a washer and drier for you to use.
