Beautiful Beach Front Villa featuring a beach side patio and pool. Spend your day on the secluded Baie De Prunnes (Plum Beach). This 2 acre home offers plenty of privacy. Plum Beach Retreat is ideally situated on the beach of Plum Beach. The villa is just steps from the calm, blue waters and white sand beach. It's a perfect property for families, honeymooners or romantic get-away. Maid Service 3 days a week Included in Rates.

Relax on the Patio under the shade of our many Coconut Trees. If you can get one, our gardener James would be glad to open it for you. Take a swim in the ocean and come back for a rinse in the beach side fresh water pool. NOT A PLUNGE POOL *** But a Stand-up and Swim Pool with Depths from 3.5ft to 4.5ft *** (remember plunge pools are deep and most folks cannot stand up in them). This pool is very child and adult friendly. Step out to the ocean side patio and flop down on the lounge chairs, and look up to coconut trees and out to the beach and ocean, then read a book, hop in the pool and watch the ocean. Walk out and swim in the waves and stroll along the beach. It is a top shelf, picture perfect setting.

Start your day with Breakfast on the patio. Take a drive to Marigot (less than 15 minutes) to shop the many French boutiques. Have a Café Latte at one of the boulangerie-pâtisseries. (French Bakeries that look like they are right out of Paris) Take a walk or run on the lightly traveled local roads. Go shelling on the beach. Go Snorkeling in the clear water right out front. Spend the day by the pool and ocean. Enjoy happy hour and sunset on the patio or 2nd floor screened in deck. Prepare a feast at the house or head out to the hundreds of restaurants in St Martin with offerings ranging from Pizza to Most Excellent French Cuisine.

The master bedroom suite is located on the second floor with screened covered deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea, patio and pool. (the master suite has king size bed, single day bed and two folding cots) The screened in deck is the perfect place to set up cots for the kids or additional guests. Two air-conditioned bedrooms off the main floor share a full bath. Full bath and shower off the dinning room. (front bed room has king size bed and the rear bedroom has queen and small day bed) Ceiling fans in all rooms through out villa.

Pictures do your home NO justice! Being here on our honeymoon is easily compared to seeing a glimpse into heaven! The beach is son beautiful! We slept upstairs every single night falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It seriously is a relaxation medication for your soul! This has by far been the BEST vacation either of us have ever been on! We’ve has an amazing honeymoon!

We spent the week simply enjoying every minute here. It was so nice to wake up and have coffee at the beach ever morning. We came to the island for our sons graduation and were so glad to find such a lovely home someone was generous enough to share with us. Daily walks on the beach with the family were priceless. The food is pretty good here too. Now I can say we seen the most beautiful sunset from our very own beach for this week. Wish someday to be able to come back with the rest of the family and enjoy the lovely home and beach again. This home home was enjoyed by all.
