"We had a very late arrival due to problems with our car. Unfortunately at first the lady (by phone) from the reception wasn’t very helpful and told us to arrive no later than 9:15pm (latest check-in is 9pm). There was no room for negotiation and understanding our position. When arriving, the staff were very helpful and even told us to order food if we wanted. As we had to skip lunch and dinner to rush for the check-in. Eventually everything went well, happy to have the service we were hoping for."
