Luminières I Villa, 14 people max, private pool

Our villa Luminières is located in the pretty town of Les Salèlles, a few kilometers from Les Vans.
Surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful street, it enjoys a magnificent view of the Le Serre de Barre mountain.
Magnificent swimming areas are accessible along the Chassezac river, 5 minutes away.

The brand new villa is very spacious and can accommodate up to 14 people.
On the ground floor, you will find a large very warm living room, with a long table that can accommodate the whole group, a sitting area with television and wood stove, and a space to allow children to play quietly, all surrounded by large bay windows that make the room bright.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer.
On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with bath, shower, sink, wc and washing machine, as well as a master bedroom with private bathroom.

On the first floor, there are four other bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, and a fourth bathroom.
A baby cot is also available in the master suite.

The garden is spacious, a terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen and the living room.
The large private swimming pool of 9m x 3m is integrated into the terrace.
