The property can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A cosy, light-filled living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV for your moments of relaxation.
- A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances: oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the kitchen essentials.
- A large, light-filled dining area where you can enjoy meals in a convivial atmosphere.
- A comfortable first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a walk-in wardrobe.
- An elegant second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- A modern and functional bathroom situated between the first two bedrooms.
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room
- An annexe, accessible only via the garden, comprises a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a shower room.
Please note that this annexe does not have a toilet.
- A superb outdoor area comprising a private, enclosed garden planted with pine and olive trees, as well as a large, sunny terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for your al fresco meals.
