Thirty meters from the slopes.
It is located in the "Les Érines" residence with free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna.

On the second floor with elevator
The 32m2 apartment is composed of:
- an entrance, a living room with sofa bed and TV
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a sleeping area with two single beds (80x190)
- a small kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, raclette machine, fondue set...
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet
- a balcony with an unobstructed view
- a private ski locker on the first floor.
To improve the comfort of guests, we have requested the services of a concierge service. You can arrive independently thanks to a key box.
You can also be welcomed at the agency during opening hours.
Your email address will be requested at the time of booking so that the agency can contact you.
A cleaning is carried out after each rental (dusting, flooring, the kitchen area is not included in the cleaning and must be cleaned, dishes done and put away) the accommodation must be made as clean as possible.
Free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna. They are located in front of the residence. Open from December to mid-April and July/August.
Other remarks.
All outdoor parking in Les Orres 1800 is now paid and very reduced.
It is strongly recommended to reserve an underground parking space via the agency for more comfort. Paid option 85 euros/week, limited quantity to be booked in advance.
Provide household linen (sheets, towels, etc.). Possible with supplement to rent them
BEDDING:
We do not provide sheets and towels.
- Bedroom 1: two beds, mattress 90 cm + duvet 140 x 200 cm
- Bedroom 2: a 140 cm mattress bed + 90 x 200 cm duvet
- Living room: a sofa bed mattress 140 cm (blankets available at the apartment)
- Pillows only (no bolsters)
I am at your disposal by phone, via the application or by the concierge service. Once your reservation has been made, I explain everything about arrival, departure, interaction with the concierge service, equipment on site, etc.
An uncashed security deposit of €400 will be requested from you by the agency. And more. I will do everything possible to ensure that you have a pleasant winter or summer stay in our beautiful resort rich in activity.
Off-season rentals: Off-season rentals are possible for a quiet stay close to nature.
Please note that the shops in the resort will be closed. The apartment's office is open.
You can do your shopping on the spray before climbing the pass.
WINTER:
Proximity to the main ski slopes and ski schools and access to the Edelweiss 1 and Pralonguet slopes from the building's ski room. Departure for walks/snowshoeing next to the building. Access to cross-country skiing routes via shuttle/car.

SUMMER: Opening date: pre-opening weekend of June 14th, beginning of the season June 21st to August 31st, then exceptional opening weekend of September 6th and 14th.
Immediate proximity to departures for walks, via ferrata, mountain bike descent. Close to Serre-Poncon lake (20min) for water activities.
