'Excellent service, clean environment.'

'The apartment is not truly clean. The bathroom has mould. The sheets were not clean, it looked like they were left from the people before. There was two bags of dirty laundry towels left in the only clothes cupboard. There was balls of dust on the floor from under the bed.
