'Cozy and clean! Perfect location for skiing. Just a short walk. Top level unit was beautiful to watch the sunrise over the trees. Electric fireplace was nice, you can adjust heat levels. LOVED that the lamps had charging connections built in. Bathroom has been updated. Lots of hooks for hanging stuff. We will definitely be back!'

'We enjoyed our stay! The only complaints were that we could not get tv volume to turn up (so we couldn’t watch anything), the den furniture is not very comfortable. Also, the coffee supplies were all bad. '

'We found the rental to be mostly clean and as described. Be aware if you travel in the summer that it can still be warm on the mountain, and this unit doesn’t have AC. It was very stuffy for us, even with fans. There is a stale smell, probably from lack of AC. There are several updates that need to be considered by the owner. The bed is very uncomfortable. The couch is broken (it was originally a pull out but had a note on the inside that said it was broken and not to use). It is sagging and not...

'It was nice. The views were beautiful. The back doors faced the mountains, and it was worth the view.'

'The view was very gorgeous, waking up to it every morning.We got a couple of sightings of deer down the way. We weren't really there for the hot tub and the pool, but I saw a lot of people go in and out of the area. We were there more for the outdoor activities. But everything there was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay.'

'This is a really nice unit and with absolutely amazing view. The best surprise was this unit faces East, so the sunrises are spectacular and worth getting up early to view! Echota is very conveniently located for sightseeing, grocery stores, really good restaurants and Grandfather Mountain.Paul responds quickly and patiently answered all my questions. Just know this is the bottom unit of the 3 stories so you have to go down steps, but the view is just as nice.We will definitely be coming back. '
