« Did what I needed without fuss or frills. »

« Electric stove heated up quickly when needed, helped keep things easy. »

« Would book again without hesitation based on how smooth check-in went and how quiet it felt at night. Kitchen tools are standard but do their job well enough here. »

« This location is in a safe, clean area. The property is well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have stayed here for multiple, long-term business stays where I have enjoyed the ability to utilize a full kitchen to cook meals, providing more of that “at home” feel. Very nice location and property with many amenities. Would recommend for long-term travelers. »

« We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location (walkable to downtown Overland and local pool; peaceful tree-lined streets); the yard (squirrels and bunnies and fireflies); the unit (spacious; clean; well maintained; beds and bathrooms for everyone; great kitchen); and the hosts (responsive, helpful). On top of a perfect rental, everyone that we met in town and in the neighbourhood was just so friendly. 100% recommend! »

« The location was perfect for us to visit our grandchildren. Communication was excellent and the property was very nice.We will stay again when we come back to KC. Beware of the many steps up to the condo. It did not bother us at all but if you have mobility issues it could be a problem. We loved our stay!! »
