« This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. From the staff, to the grounds, to the ameneties, this place is impeccable. We felt completely taken care of by the staff. The entire process was absolutely wonderful »

« Our room on the top floor was very large and had a distant view of the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and filling. The only possible down side is the rough road to reach Cumbres de Chiloé. Be sure your car has ample under carriage clearance. »
