LOCATED PERFECTLY in the Villa De La Vista North neighborhood between Spanish Springs & Sumter Landing, SUPER easy access to jump in your golf cart and GO!

Come experience our beautifully Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath Private Courtyard Villa while enjoying the carefree lifestyle of The Villages. This villa includes a master suite with a King Bed AND a guest bedroom which includes a King Bed and Pocket Door to create an Additional Master Suite. This is perfect for two couples vacationing together or inviting guests during your stay. Both bedrooms include Posturepedic Pillow top Mattresses with Premium bedding & 32" HDTV's with DirectTV.

You will love cooking in this lovely, fully stocked Kitchen it includes Granite counter tops, Thomasville cabinets and Stainless Steel appliances. The living space comes equipped with a dining room table with seating for 4, a 50" HDTV with DirectTV, WIFI and plenty of comfortable seating for guests as well as a recliner for you to kick up your feet after a busy day. We have tried to think of everything for your stay so we have also included a few family board games, cards and books.

The Lanai opens with screened windows or you can enjoy the Completely Private outdoor patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

The leisurely lifestyle of The Villages cannot be complete without Golf Carts, 2 gas carts included with your rental. The garage is large enough to store both golf carts and park your vehicle to one side of the driveway. There is plenty of additional parking just steps from the front door if necessary.

We are Pet Lovers so don't forget your furry friend! We will accept well trained pets up to 30 pounds for an additional fee of $100 per pet (max 2).

Very clean, decor very nice…all the comforts of home! Extra towels, throws, pillows, cooking utensils… we didn’t cook, but if wanted to, everything was there! Golf carts filled and ready to go! We had a great time in the home. Everything you would need was there. The home was clean and It’s location is excellent. We didn’t get to use the golf carts which seem to be in very good shape but they would definitely make anyone’s vacation even better. The Villages is totally awesome. Perfect Location

My friend and I have visited The Villages on three previous occasions. We usually stay with our friend who owns a house in Rio Grande. We loved getting around on the nice golf cart that is included with this nice rental house! We shopped, diner and (of course) danced in Lake Sumpter and Spanish Springs squares. We did need to golf “off campus” as there were no tee times available for our foursome. The weather was great and we had so much fun! The owners were so kind and accommodating. Thank you!

We could not be happier with our selection of this home everything was wonderful from the two master suite home to the two golf carts could not have worked out better for two couples. Centrally located near two town squares several pools, rec centers and gold courses. This is a wonderful property.

Lovely villa, great location

We were very pleased with how lovely and well appointed the villa was! You can tell they take great care and pride in their property! Lovely enclosed court yard and a short golf car ride to Spanish Springs! They provided 2 golf carts for our use, we took one to church 😊. They had a book on the desk with a lot of info about the area and great check out instructions. Communication’s we’re responded to right away, can’t say enough great things about our overall experience with the Villa and the owners/management company definitely a 5 star rating, I would give more stars if it was available!! Thank you!! We will definitely be back!!

Awesome Time

The rental was exactly as listed. Very nicely done. We enjoyed cooking outside on the grill in the very spacious backyard on the new grill. Tranquil neighborhood. It's a 10-minute golf cart ride to two different town centers. We made a wrong turn once while using The Villages GPS app, and I called Shiela to ask where I was. She answered right away and was very helpful. We would stay again the next time we are in The Villages.

Celebration

Had to come to FL for a celebration of life of a dear friend. Two other friends joined us . Our dogs were allowed in Villa. Everything was so nice & comfortable. There were 2 golf carts for us to use. The patio & outside area were wonderful for morning coffee & relaxation. Would recommend to anyone.
