'When booking be aware that this is NOT a hotel, but an apartment complex. The buildings are nice, the pool is great but the service is very poor... We stayed for 5 nights and did not get any fresh towels. We did ask for fresh towels, but simply got 'no' for an answer. 'We booked a studio room for 9 days. Sadly the studio was unavailable so they "upgraded" us to a bigger family apartment when we arrived. Sounds good, but the apartment didn't look like the pictures at all. It was old, dirty, and a lot of things were broken. It was on the back of the complex.
