Das eingezäunte Grundstück gibt Freiraum für die Kinder und oder Hunde, zusätzlich Sicherheit. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool sind ein super extra PLUS! "We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not...

"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

"We had a great holiday at this beautiful property. The surroundings are amazing and the apartment is clean, spacious and has everything that you could possibly need and more. The host Linda is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, she is also quick to respond to messages. Don’t hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed. We will certainly be back next year,"

"Eine schöne große Wohnung, die sehr persönlich wirkt und in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Es ist alles da was man so im Urlaub braucht. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und die Fenster lassen sich verdunkeln. Unser Highlight war die wundervolle Terasse mit Markise und der Blick ins Grüne. Rene war entgegenkommend und sehr freundlich, der ganze Ablauf stressfrei. Es war eine gute Wahl!"

"We stayed for a week. The Green flat was spacious but did not have a full kitchen. However it was comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bedroom layout could have been changed to allow for bedside tables. Access and parking was good, as was the location; close to public transport. There is also a bakery/coffee shop in the same building. There was a problem on our last day when we were locked out of the flat for an hour. However, overall an enjoyable stay."

"Ein herrlich gelegenes Anwesen mit riesigem Garten, ganz idyllisch gelegen. Das Haus ist äußerst großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und aufmerksam. Wir bekamen noch eine Bonuskarte für die sogen. Genußrute. Das hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Da kann man in vielen Manufakturen steirische Produkte probieren .. echt lecker. Auf keinen Fall die steirische Weinstraße verpassen!"
