Of course we went during a natural disaster. Pouring rain the whole time we stayed, then followed up with high winds & power outage & flooding. We lost power at our place. Of course we need power to use the bathroom, cook & for heat. We had to leave a day early because power still wasn’t on. Little compalint: we were only supplied 2 rolls of paper towels for our whole week stay. I believe the amount we pay & the amount of time we stayed it would be fair if we could’ve had more than 2 rolls of paper towels. I messaged my host asking if they can put the Christmas tree up for our stay but they didn’t answer me back even after 2 messages. The first was well in advance. I actually found the tree in its box in the garage & put it up myself then when packing up I put the tree away. It all worked out thankfully.

Our stay at Reflection Hill has been our best vacation rental experience. This home literally had everything that we needed. It was comfortable, spacious and had room for our big group. It was a great home base for all of our Leavenworth adventures. We would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful cabin and an amazing location! Perfect for friends and family for any part of the year. 5 minute drive from Leavenworth but still feels tucked away from the town which we enjoyed! The hosts also provide very thorough and detailed information which was super helpful! We absolutely loved it! Hope to be back again!

Great location for family gathering

The space worked very well for our group of ten plus infant and never felt crowded. It feels very spacious with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows in the main room. Opening the blinds reveals a beautiful view of the canyon. The kitchen was well appointed and everything we used worked well. There were lots of games and puzzles. It was very clean. A quick and easy drive to Leavenworth. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was fantastic. Easy check in and out. This was my first experience renting someone’s house and it went very smoothly. I would come here again! The driveway does get slippery as mentioned in a previous review, just drive carefully and all will be well! The slippery driveway is great for sledding!

The house is beautiful, spacious and surrounded with natural scenery. The property is covered in snow that we were able to play in the snow right out the door. The problem was that one of the room got locked in. The host was not aware that the room can be locked in and they did not know where the key was.

Perfect stay for Leavenworth visit

2 families with 17-20 year old kids. Plenty of room for everyone, nice accommodations and amenities. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. in kitchen. Very nice property and would stay here again.

Great for a weekend retreat!

We came for a team retreat and planning session and were also able to spend some leisure time in Leavenworth. The house was a good size, the location was great. Quiet and peaceful, close enough to town to go grab a meal and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Leavenworth!

Daughter's wedding weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home outside of Leavenworth. We had a group of 6 Adult family members staying here. Our daughter appreciated the quiet area and picturesque nature views the days prior to her wedding at the Brown Family Homestead. Her bridal party was able to come here and get hair and makeup done prior to going to the venue. Tons of windows and space for everyone to spread out! Thank you for making this home available!!

A great birthday weekend getaway

First time vrbo guest! We had a relaxing getaway with friends and family for my husbands birthday. Everything was nice and clean. And we absolutely loved hearing the frogs at night! We've been to Leavenworth many times but have only camped. This was a wonderful change of pace and enjoyed living like an upper crust citizen. Only complaint from guests was that the room with the bunk bed has very little soundproofing. Otherwise, we all had a wonderful stay.

Quiet cabin

We had a good time at this cabin. It’s quiet, has pretty scenery and is close to town. There were plenty of rooms for our group to sleep comfortably. Beds were great! House was nice and warm and clean. The kitchen had the tools we needed to cook. Although we recommend you bring your own nonstick pan because many of the ones here are past due for replacement. Overall we really enjoyed it!

Great property

The property is in a great location, far enough away from town that you don’t hear traffic, but close enough that it’s no big deal to go to the store. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals with. The drive way was a little slippery but we were able to get in without any issues. All in all it was a great place to stay.
