'Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and helped me and my family with our stay. The room was spacious, we enjoyed the pool and the laundry room. We used our kitchen to cook for our children and we enjoyed the proximity to the district and Sal and mookies. Clean room. Nice staff. Would book again. 10/10.'

'The room I was assigned was not closed when I first got there. There were stains and hair in one of the beds. There were fingers nails in the shower. The A/C buttons controlling how much air gets put out was broken. There were flys in the apartment.'

'I did not feel safe during my stay. There were people gathered and smoking right outside the front entrance. The property should provide a designated smoking area away from the entrance. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the room, no hand soap was provided, and the bed linens were in poor condition with noticeable spots and stains on the sheets. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and my experience.'

'I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having an airport shuttle and breakfast. I found out that you have to make arrangements to use this service and there is a $10 charge. It would have been nice if this was clearly stated. I paid cash, but was not given a receipt. I will be checking my credit card to make sure I am not double-charged. The room was clean, but the metal rails in the bathroom were rusting and the ceiling had something black on it--I'm hoping not mold. I saw 2...
