' Pennylane hotel is a great place to stay in lower tapovan, great location, close to the cafes, restaurants, markets and the ghat, ganga river. What made it even more great, it is located in a quiet street away from the busy loud road. The rooms are clean and spacious, with Mountain views. There is a roof terrace and a cafe in the garden which gives chilled relaxing vibes. There is also a yoga shala and pottery studio on the rooftop. 'Let me start off by saying the address on Expedia is not completely correct so we were dropped off on the other side of Lakshman Jhula and had the hardest time finding the hotel. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place.
