'We reserved a 5 star cabin and they gave us this 1 star cabin because the original one we reserved had bee problems. We understand this was a problem they had no control over but what we didnt expect was to get a replacement cabin that rents for 160 a night when we paid 425 a night. They refunded us 275 but doing the math it didnt add up. As far as cabin we were given it was not maintained at all with ripped and shredded carpet, damaged and dirty.
