Great apartment for the weekend

Great facilities including kitchen, 3 bedrooms and spa bath. We had three people staying and we had a wonderful time.

Close to cbd ideal for a family or a group.

This property has plenty of room prefect for families or groups. Parking was secured,undercover down fall was the ramp was a bit steep for our car, which it scrapped driving through to the car park. At times we could hear noises from the gym below, but nothing over the top. Over all with the cleanest was good, I would suggest to clean the back windows in the afternoon as the 4pm sun showed that you couldn’t see from inside to out due to the smear. Leave the best for last the place was comfortable, relaxing with added extras. Thank you for letting us enjoy your appartment we would return again.

Close to the city centre apartment

Spacious apartment hotel All bedrooms upstairs Stairs were quite annoying to me Kitchen very big and clean There are basic things left in the pantry (salt, pepper, soy sauce, ...etc.) Staff are keen to serve . We tried to early checkin, the earliest checkin was 12 Which is reasonable considering the checkout about 11 TVs every where !

This place is absolutely lovely. It had everything we needed and more. The only disappointment was that we didn't have a long enough stay to lap up the luxury. I would definitely recommend staying at 41 on York. cheers Nicole

Was blown away.

Bigger then my entire house, amenities were top class, quiet even though in busy street. It felt luxurious and so many lovely quirks. I have already recommend this property to friends and I plan to stay here again.

My family and I (in a group of 4 plus 1 infant) had stayed in here for 2 nights. The dining area and rooms were so big and comfortable, it is very good to be gathered by a big group of family. As this hotel is in self-serve, no reception is avaiable. Only a bit disappoint on the hotel location, which is not clear enough and I have to make a call to "the lady" who guide me to the exact building for parking.

Very large apartment, lavishly furnished with every conceivable appliance and facility you might wish for.eg 3 TV's Basic self catering provisions generously provided. Conveniently located to CBD. Outside is not so inviting with entry directly through a less-than-salubrious parking garage No staff on site and no meet & greet so you are on your own except for your phone Would be great for a group

Lots of room, lavishly appointed. fantastic for two adult couples as bedrooms were well spaced, private and had their own bathroom facilities

My family of 6 spent 2 nights here. The good: (+) beautiful modern spaceous apartment (+) great kitchen and lovely BBQ area (+) comfy beds and very comfortable sitting area. (+) washer and dryer (+) free parking The not so good: (-/+) Please double check on how many rooms you are reserving in this apartment. The hotels.com ad seems not very accurate and gives the impression of the pricing covering 3 rooms (after you add the additional people and charges). Two rooms were locked at my check-in but the owner was kind enough to honor my hotels.com reservation by sending someone down to open the bedroom doors. (-) No wifi.

Great accomodation in the heart of Launceston

One of the most memorable and enjoyable places to stay in Launceston. The apartment was very spacious and had a beautiful Roman architecture and feel to it.
