'Great place to stay off the strip. Very nice property and the grounds are amazing. Food was good, not great. No real lounges onsite except a small one in one of the restaurants. Only negative is they allow smoking in side of the casino, the other is smoke free but it makes no difference, the whole floor stunk. Was surprised a JW would allow this. We dont gamble so we only walked through the area. Will stay again.'

In my case, the property I booked was managed through a third-party provider (Zelloo), which made everything significantly more complicated. The listing looked decent online, but the reality was completely different—the property was outdated and clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard.'

'No TV Remote, No Towels, No Water, No Hand wash soap, No Breakfast. It was a terrible experience for us. We had to stay there for the night, since we checked in late around midnight. The next morning we woke up with a view of garbage from room. When we went down for breakfast, we were informed that the breakfast vendor has cancelled today's breakfast, and no breakfast will be served. We immediately cancelled our rest of reservation (we planned to stay in that hotel for 4 nights, but checked out...

'Would not recommend at all.!! Staff was helpful and friendly but ge overall stay was horrible. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty to where I had to go to wal.art to buy lysol and cleaning supplies so I could take a shower that had no hot water the whole time I was there. The property was quiet but I felt unsafe the whole time, I took my luggage with me when I left at night. Over all I would not recommend staying here.'

'The room and grounds were all clean and check in was smooth and cordial. The morning of my departure, I used the iron provided in the room and on the first stroke it soiled and stained my white dress shirt. The underside of the iron had a sticky and dark substance near the steam holes at the top and left a brown smear on my shirt. I delivered the soiled and faulty iron to the front desk clerk. She offered to have the shirt cleaned, however it was my only shirt and seemed permanently stained.'
