Had communication problem with front desk person that told me I had to go from tower 3 to tower 1 to mail out a letter. Front desk person neglected to communicate the hours that the office I had to drop it off in. Walked to tower just to have their front desk person tell me it’s closed . She did give me the times they are open. The only bright spot in this encounter was that the tower 2 person noticed I was upset about the lack of communication or just taking the letter at tower1. Front desk person could have put it in the proper drop box. The person from Tower 2 asked what was upsetting me and after I told him he offered to put it into the drop box for me after he was off from his shift!! More people need to be responsive and kind to help out in a very small matter that became a big problem. Side note, tower 3 receptionist took about 4 minutes just to get an answer about me mailing out a letter. Very bad training and direction of staff!!

There was very dirty streaks across the table, sofa and the chair had water or (something else) stains, the pull out couch was out of date and very uncomfortable (grandparents had one similar In the 1980’s) unsanitary would be an understatement. If I had to guess I would say there may have been children in the room just prior to us checking in but clearly it was not cleaned properly or even close for that matter. The king size bed had springs so squeaky that rolling over would wake you up. So I went out to the parking lot and stayed inside my vehicle. I won’t be staying at this resort in the future. I made a video as well, because I am going to be requesting a refund, and I think it is well deserved.

A great place to stay, close enough to The Strip but not that close! The kitchenette facilities give flexibility and comfort. Pool area is good. Access to all the MGM facilities is a bonus.

We original were booked in a delux suit with mountain view balcony when we checked in they said they can update our room for 80 dollars a night seeing it was our wedding we took the upgrade however the area thecwasher is in was filthy no one has cleaned that space in a long while also when we asked for room clean they made the bed .. our coffee pot was left dirty and old coffee filter in , I cleaned my own bathtub daily as they did not , I actually did more cleaning than i expected and we natually keep our rooms clean. Very dissapointed as I felt we were taken advantage of as tourist. It was unfortunate .

Excellent non-smoking option for staying in Vegas. Large clean rooms and easy to walk to the main MGM Grand. Only thing to note is that there is an extra charge of $9 per bottle of water that they make available in the room for guests so don't makebthe mistake of not reading the label!

Beautiful spot!! I love how it’s close to MGM and the strip but not in it. Makes it the perfect spot to stay when in Vegas, it’ll be my go to now. Beautiful spacious rooms, quiet and more family oriented which is nice.

It's clean and a break away from the strip but SOOOO close to walk. There's a tunnel walkway to MGM Grand. Very easy. We were put into an ADA room, which had some small issues in the bathroom. Also, the space between the bottom of the bathroom door and the tile floor is about 1.5 inches.... ZERO #2 privacy. Because it's ADA and everything is setup for that, the closet rod was 4 feet from the floor. My long dresses couldn't be hung. Not the room I'd pick but the room we got, perhaps from getting a too cheap package through Expedia. The fold out couch was used and it was very comfy. There is no substantial food on property. They have kitchenettes. Very close walk to target for water. Water in room is $9 per bottle. Has fridge that works. Overall, it's ok.

Will make this my go-to each time I visit Vegas! Had security staff at entrance to property and the condos are connected to the MGM Grand where you can access the monorail (and floating river!) Close walking distance to the Strip. The gym is great but can get very crowded. Room is very quiet with a beautiful view. Only drawback is that valet parking is not available after 10pm.

Rooms were ok. My issue was lack of food around the area. I had to walk to the MGM to look for a couple of sprites at night, since the vending machines didn't work and there was no on site store.

Quiet part of MGM complex about 5-10 minute indoor walk to gaming floor/Grand lobby. Spacious room with small kitchenette (fridge free to use). Pool at each of 3 towers (in summer) plus access to main pool complex.

MGM charges more than the property taxes quoted on Expedia site when you check in and they hold on to the extra charge for up to 3 weeks after you checked out. Not a fair practice.
