A brand-new luxury villa in Cosón, on the Samaná peninsula, a five-minute walk from Playa Cosón — one of the longest and wildest beaches in the Dominican Republic.

THE VILLA
Three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: a main suite with a king bed, and two bedrooms with queen beds. A sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room sleeps two more, for up to 8 guests. There is also a powder room for guests, and bedroom 2 opens onto its own private outdoor shower in the garden.

The living space opens entirely onto the private pool, the wooden terrace and an enclosed tropical garden. An outdoor kitchen with a bar and barbecue sits under the pergola, beneath a traditional palm-thatched bohío.

THE LOCATION
Playa Cosón is a five-minute walk down a garden path. The beach is quiet, golden and long enough that you can walk twenty minutes along the sand to Punta Popy. A beachfront restaurant is within walking distance.

The village of Las Terrenas — restaurants, grocery stores, markets — is a five-minute drive. We recommend renting a car, a quad or a scooter: it makes daily life easier and it is essential for exploring the peninsula, from Playa Rincón to the El Limón waterfall.

BUILT TO TREAD LIGHTLY
The villa runs primarily on its own solar panels. A battery and inverter take over automatically during grid outages, with around 24 hours of autonomy — so no power cuts, which is rare in the region. Rainwater is collected for household use. Wi-Fi runs at over 120 Mbps, whether you want to work or forget work entirely.

PRACTICAL
Private secure parking. Washer and dryer. Housekeeping and concierge service. A local team is on site for anything you need.
