'This is THEE most beautifully put together, uniquely decorated, stunning hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. I still can’t get over it, I felt like I was living in a dream the whole time I was there. The staff are SO kind and helpful, I only got a few names, Mica, Ambar, & Tamara. The owner is super cool, he knows a lot about design and fitness - you can tell that he loves what he does. There is a rooftop pool AND gym - I’m not sure how none of these reviews have talked about the gym...

'This hotel is amazing. It's well maintained and beautiful inside and out. The staff and owners are all wonderful. The breakfast is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you for a really wonderful experience in Las Terrenas and for the thoughtful touches you includeed in my stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. 'Staff is very nice & helpful. Property on the outside is decent. Its located in a very good spot with the beach within 200 feet distance. However, this property is poorly maintained and has serious infrastructure issues with plumbing & water supply. Water was cut off during our stay and when it came back, dirty grey water was coming out of shower and faucets. When it finally cleared, the water was running with very high chlorine. Toilets were leaking and not flushing. We rented 4 rooms and all...

'Aangenaam verblijf bij bijzonder gastvrije mensen. Prachtig terrein met diverse zitjes. Heerlijk ontbijt tegen kleine vergoeding. Eigen parkeerterrein en bewaking.'

'Prachtig hotel, gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de zee en zwembad! Eetgelegenheid (deel hotel) ligt op het strand, dus vlakbij (even weggetje oversteken). Erg gezellige sfeer! Verder 10 min lopen naar het drukke/levendige Las Terrenas. Personeel en service van hottel top, receptie en enkele bediening spreken Engels. 'Personnel aux petits soins. Belle vue depuis le palace sur l'océan. Bons conseils de mon ami Joseph. Il ne manquait plus que du papier toilette dans les wc pour que le séjour soit parfait! Allez-y les yeux fermés au Castello Romano et n'oubliez pas de rester vigilant sur les routes!'
