After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. 'Quick easy check in rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about. Would certainly use this hotel again as it provided a quality cost effective stay.'

'Nous avons réservé cette chambre en urgence due à l’impossibilité pour nous d’atterrir à Funchal, Madère. Malgré une arrivée le dimanche et un petit couac sur la chambre initialement réservée (le lit n’était pas fait), le personnel nous a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre qui était meilleure que la première, et notre séjour d’une nuit fut reposant et agréable.'

'Ik ben op dit moment nog in het appartement door het feit dat mijn man opgenomen moest worden in het ziekenhuis. Ik heb alle hulp die ik nodig had gekregen van het personeel en eigenaar van het appartement. Mijn verblijf is verlengt en ze zijn mij heel erg tegemoet gekomen. Ik heb hier geen woorden voor en waardeer dit heel erg! Mijn vakantie had niet slechter kunnen verlopen. Ik zal hier nog even moeten verblijven maar ik weet dat ik er in de appartement complex niet alleen voor staat! '
