'This was our second time staying at the Lodge at Phantom Lake Ranch. We loved it so much the first time we came back, and could not have asked for more. We especially enjoy the privacy of the location, yet still close to Red Feather Lakes amenities and offers a variety of fishing opportunities. The Lodge is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. 'There was no communication or emails sent in advance regarding info for the VRBO. Rules, WiFi password, etc. We also had trouble with the heating system not turning off and when we returned to the house after a day out the heat was blasting and the house was 85 degrees when it was hot outside. The house was hot the entire time and there was no AC and almost all of the windows had no handles, so couldn’t be opened to cool the house down.
