'Arriving half an hour earlier than the standard check-in time on Expedia, we couldn't get access to the room, weren't given a day pass so had to purchase lunch and drinks even though we'd paid all inclusive and there were several other people having this same argument in reception while we were trying to check in. For a hotel which has a lot of rooms, one dining room and bar aren't enough. Would not recommend an all inclusive hotel and wouldn't stay again.'

There was some confusion about the type of accommodation at check-in but they gave us a free upgrade for this.
The design accommodation, the staff, the food but especially the unspoiled nature and beach is one of a kind experience and hard to find these days. It is not for a small budget but if you can afford it please go there before mass tourism will spoil this place.
