Parfait!

Nous revenons d’une semaine dans cette charmante villa. Celle-ci est trĂšs propre, vraiment confortable, bien dĂ©corĂ©e, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il ne manque rien pour se sentir chez soi. L’exposition de la terrasse est parfaite, le soleil est prĂ©sent toute la journĂ©e sur la piscine chauffĂ©e
 le bonheur ! Cette villa incite Ă  la dĂ©tente et au repos. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, dans un quartier trĂšs calme mais proche de tout puisqu’on peut se rendre Ă  pied faire ses courses, Ă  la Marina, aux plages Papagayo,
 C’est juste parfait, merci Julia, nous reviendrons trĂšs vite !

Lovely villa

Villa is clean, peaceful and close to a shop and cafe. Host was great - quick to respond and very kindly left a welcome package of some essentials. Walk to the marina was about 15 minutes. Weather was very windy when we stayed but I imagine the walk would usually be quite nice. 2 routes - road which is quicker or along the coastline which had seats along the way if you needed a rest. This is a nice scenic walk. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a week’s February break at Villa Ruby Lucas in Lanzarote. Loved it! The villa is in a quiet area but within a few minutes walk of local supermarkets and bar/cafe. Rubicon Marina is about 15 minutes walk away and Playa Blanca a further 15 minutes walk along a nice promenade. Would definitely stay again.

Just Perfect!

My wife and I stayed at Julia's villa in Costa Blanca this past week. The villa is lovely and the pool was great. We really appreciated that it was heated and spent a lot of time lounging and relaxing by the pool. While our family in Canada were digging out of snow we were enjoying the most wonderful climate. We loved the location of the property, somewhat removed from the tourist laiden parts of Costa Blanca yet everything was incredibly accessible with a short walk along the boardwalk. There are many good restaurants to choose from only a short walk away. We also loved using the barbecue to grill some dinners at home. I highly reccomend this vacation property.

Home from home

Communication was excellent. Property as expected, all very clean and well furnished. Super comfy beds, kitchens and bathrooms were immaculate. Plenty of channels to watch on the nights we stayed in. Location is good with a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to the Marina. Excellent supermarket at the end of the road plus a bar/cafe and a new Indian restaurant. We used it for a takeaway and it was lovely. Pool was kept really clean. Would recommend!

Lovely villa, great location!

We had an amazing time at Vill Ruby Lucas. The villa had everything we needed, the pool was fab and the location was great. 2 mins to a supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the marina and loads of restaurants. 10 minutes further is a great beach so pretty much all you need in walking distance. Had a lovely welcome pack which was great to receive as we arrived late in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa in the best location

A modern, well laid out villa with everything you could need and a lovely outdoor area with plenty of seating and an inviting pool. Turn one way out of the villa and after a 20 minute walk you are at Rubicon Marina where you will find a good selection of restaurants, turn the other way and after about a 25 minute walk/hike you will be at Papagayo beach. Plus, at the end of the road you have 2 supermarkets and a couple of bars.

This villa was everything we wanted and more. It was spacious,clean and in a brilliant location. Rubicon Marina, with plenty of restaurants to chose from, is only a 20 minute walk away.Ouside is a nice seating area with a decent size pool,that in the Winter period, is heated. Comunication with Julia (who responded quickly with any queries we might have had) was spot on. I highly recommend this villa,so much so that we have already booked it for 2025.

Fantastic Villa and location

Loved every minute of the stay and would not hesitate to return. The location is ideal for both a walk to the marina and less than 5 mins walk to the both supermarkets. Contact with Julia was first class and very helpful and informative.

We loved our stay at Villa Ruby Lucas, the villa was clean and well maintained. Just as described with a supermarket a two minute walk away and an English supermarket 3 mins away. The pool was lovely and warm, but still refreshing on those hot days. The positioning of the villa means it gets sun all day long with shady area to shelter if needed (and parasol). The nearby Marina is lovely with shops and plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy a bite to eat. Definitely Recommend

We had a lovely stay in Playa Blanca and the Villa. The location was perfect, everything is walking distance heat dependent but quite hilly. The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The two twin bedrooms could maybe do with air conditioning for the very hot summer days as was uncomfortable for the children at night when the temperatures reached over 35. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive and kind by leaving some essentials for when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday.

Perfect Villa for our family

The villa was a perfect size for our family. It had everything you could want. Location is amazing, 2 minutes from excellent supermarket and small cafe/bar. 10-15 min stroll along the front to the marina, which has amazing restaurants. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Second time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last! Lovely villa in peaceful location with bar and supermarket 5 mins away. The bus stops at the end of the road for easy access into Playa Blanca town and Rubicon Marina is a short walk away! Great place for a relaxing week away!

Quiet and Peaceful

The villa was an excellent place to unwind and relax, a brilliant mix of sunbathing spots along with shady places to cool off for a minute. The pool though small is the perfect size and being smaller allows it to stay warm enough to allow for dips in and out to cool off without being shocking. The location is quiet and relaxing so if your looking for a way to unwind from stress of normal life this is the place to be. The property owners could not have been more helpful - an issue with AC was dealt with a soon as possible, going so far as to hire a temp mobile AC unit untill it could be fixed properly. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.
