Summary:

Welcome to Lansing Layover #3! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! With this apartment building we're trying to take an old building and give it a new feel. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, walking distance of capital city airport & a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the garden level and has been updated to reflect a clean, cozy, light design. We hope you like it :)



The Space:

There are fifteen parking spots in this eleven unit building. Parking is in the rear and side of the building. You are free to park in any spot you'd like :) Apartment #3 is located a couple steps down on garden level when you come in the back of the building. The unit has a queen bed in the main living area and a full bed in the bedroom. There is also a pull out trundle in the bedroom. We have an air mattress on site if need be also. The space is best for 2-4 people. We provide extra sleeping options like the trundle and air mattress to fit a couple more, but it's best for smaller groups.



This is an older brick, eleven unit apartment building located in an industrial area of Lansing, walking distance from capital city airport. With an older building like ours comes older building things like thinner walls and a creaking pipe from time to time. Most people have no issue with this. Some even prefer the old charm. But, understandably some do not. If you are someone that is sensitive to these type of things this may not be the building for you (though we hope it is). We try to have something for everyone! This urban area of Lansing mostly consisting of apartment buildings and the main attraction, the Capital City Lansing Airport. We are a quick 10-15 minute drive from everything in Lansing and East Lansing also. There are Uber and Lyft options available pretty much 24/7.



Guest Access:

You are free to access the entire space. This gives you access to the unit you are renting and our shared laundry room, located on the first (garden level) floor.



The Neighborhood:

We want to make sure travelers understand that this is an older apartment building located in an industrial area of Lansing. With an older building like ours comes older building things like thinner walls and a creaking pipe from time to time. Most people have no issue with this. Some even prefer the old charm. There is Uber, Lyft, taxis, shuttle and bus service at the airport.



Other Things to Note:

The bedroom has a full sized bed and a pull out trundle. The trundle is not depicted in the photos but it is there!
