'It was early in the season, so not much going on. But, definitely a great time to visit and get a lot of R & R. Staff very friendly and room was clean. '

'Room was clean. Front desk person at night want really friendly. She wasn't rude just didn't smile. The night shift and day shift girl wee lovely. Breakfast wasn't bad. Muffins wee super fresh. Area felt very safe and a lot of places near by to eat at our shop. '

'Great cozy place to spend the night on a long road trip, close to a lot of good restaurants for a bite to eat with a ton of recommendations from the host on where to go and what to do. Was nice and warm when we arrived on a chilly night which made winding down much easier. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was peaceful and exactly as described. We loved watching the cows out in the pasture, and the bed and couch were both incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the whole place was spotless. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!'

'John was a great host. He replied to my questions immediately. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The cottage was perfect for our stay. I loved being up on a hill looking down on the road below. It was quiet and relaxing. The outdoor lighting was definitely appreciated. It sure gets dark in the country. The back bed was very comfortable (we didn't use the front bedroom). The Internet and TV reception was fine. Overall, a great place to stay for a great price. Thank you...

'This was the perfect house to arrive at after our 9 hour drive from PA. We loved how clean and comfortable the house was. The extra touches like providing linens and snacks was greatly appreciated. The location was central to all of our planned activities. The house was a wonderful place to rest after our first time exploring West Virginia.
