'The hotel was fine overall and they were very accommodating when there was a plumbing issue in our room (toilet overflow; wouldn't flush) so they switched our room and got us a room closer to the elevators for my Father in Law who has mobility issues. The only issue we had was when we arrived, some young children who were left unattended were running about the hotel and there was another issue the next day with teenagers. But those things were not the fault of the hotel or it's employees. I will...

'Always nice to stay at this property when visiting my Penn student. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom was a little shabby this time. Also didn’t have cash for valet tip and asked the front desk if there was a cash machine. It was down due to building maintenance. She didn’t inform me the valets can accept Venmo. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to tip!'

'Everything was nice. We had an issue at check in, but it was Expedia app, not them. Another couple had the same problem. My only thing is that your can’t call and speak to anyone, it’s all thru email. The property was nice. Area was cool, plenty of parking. I would book again for sure'
