This character filled home has been fully renovated with a open layout, exposed brick and clean white walls. The first floor includes a kitchen, mudroom, half bath and a open dining room/living room with cable TV. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and adjoins a full size bathroom. The second bedroom includes two full size beds a laundry room and a outdoor deck with a table and chairs.
The third floor includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, lounge chair, a walk in closet and full size bathroom.

Beautiful home. Simply decorated. Everything we needed was there. Street parking “free on the weekend” was a bonus. We parked and walked to dinner, shops, and breakfast the next morning. The only negative was the quality of the second floor mattresses. They’re lumpy and creaky. One note to your cleaning service: the washcloths were stained with foundation. That was not us. Aside from those two items, it was a wonderful stay!

We are in Historic Lancaster frequently. This if the first time renting a house. It was fantastic. Blocks from all that we love. Central market, the Fulton Theater and Josephines restaurant. We had some health issues so part of party could not come but the third floor for a family will be perfect next time. Also the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee pot, wine glasses and any thing else we could have needed. Thank you!!!!

We enjoyed the amenities and the location of this property. Lancaster has a lot offer in the way of bars and restaurants. The property is located right downtown but it is easy to get around town walking or driving. The house is 3 stories so getting to the top floor was a hike but worth the trip. A very charming set up and we loved it. Hope to come back again in the near future. Becky was great and communication was excellent.

Cozy and clean stay near downtown

We were with family for a wedding in town and this was the perfect place to stay! We walked into downtown Lancaster to enjoy the shops and restaurants and were able to make full use of the kitchen and great back porch. Home was very clean and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay of 5 days. The location is within easy walking distance of downtown. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Designated parking is for one car, but we were able to work out a spot for a second car. Overall it was a great place for us!Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay there very much. We cooked all that one meal there and the kitchen facilities were excellent. My wife said she loved it and hopes we can come back again. Our grandson is a grad student at Temple University, so there’s a good chance we can return.

Ladies Weekend

So enjoyed our stay in this quant historic little home in downtown Lancaster! Love the exposed brick! Decor is as beautiful as in the pictures. The home worked well for the four of us who were in town for Sight & Sound and some shopping. The larger main bath is on the second floor where 3 of us shared 2 rooms. Both these rooms and the main bath have doors to adjoin them. The beautiful third floor suite would be perfect for a couple though the shower may be small for a larger person. There’s a small room/closet off this suite for an infant or toddler (pack & play in closet that has a window). Parking out back works well but can be a little tricky if you arrive after dark and are not familiar with the roads. Look carefully on your nav for the ‘road’ that goes behind the row houses. Alll in all, would highly recommend! If stairs are a problem, you may want to skip this one though.
