'Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back...

'Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay.'

'We stayed for one night during a long trip from the highlands and is the perfect place to stay. The onsite team are extremely friendly and professional. The food is excellent and our room was comfy/clean/ warm and well appointed. 'Amazing place to stay - rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious, best hotel breakfast. Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome - great place.'

'We hadden een aangenaam verblijf in het goed uitgeruste appartement.'

'Prima hotel, maar geen airco. Buiten en binnen temperatuur rond 30 graden.'

'The host is on hand and helpful, advised us of great local walks, which we would have been unaware of. An immaculately clean and comfortable property. Our dog was welcome. Great to see the local wildlife - bats flying around in the evenings, in addition to birds and the hosts own sheep at the bottom of the enclosed garden. The only slight negative comment is that we found the WiFi was slow. Would definitely choose to stay here again.'
