On weekdays from 8 am to 10 am, pool maintenance and garden cleaning will be carried out. For larger groups, an additional apartment adjacent to the villa with a separate entrance for 4 people can be booked upon request.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall leading to a large living room with a TV, another entrance hall leading to the loggia, followed by a living room, a dining room, and a living/dining room with a kitchen corner. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher, and there are two showers/bidet/WC on this floor.

Moving to the upper floor, there is a lounge and 8 bedrooms - 6 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 beds, and 1 small room with 1 bed. There are also 4 showers/bidet/WC on this level. The main building can accommodate up to 14 people, while the remaining 4 beds are located in an apartment annex to the house. The apartment has a separate entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, and a bathroom. Please note that the apartment is not connected to the main house internally.
