À propos de cet hébergement

Havre en Bord de Plage - Plage Privée, Courts & Vue

  • Summary:

Turquoise water laps at your private beach while the fire pit crackles and the sun slips behind the mountain ridge. This 6 bedroom, 6 bath Bear Lake home sleeps 18, with a vaulted great room, gas fireplace, granite island kitchen, ping pong, and a bunk room built for kids. Covered decks frame lake and mountain views, and Eden Ranch adds pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts plus a boat ramp, about 15 minutes from Garden City.

    Sleeping Arrangements

    Total occupancy: 18 guests

    Total beds: 14

Five private bedrooms give couples and parents their own retreats, and a big bunk room keeps the kids together. The guest rooms carry playful lake and mountain touches throughout, from orca and misty mountain prints to bear-themed bedding and fish art.

Bedroom 1 features a king bed under a golden comforter, a blue desk for catching up on work, and a wall-mounted TV. Sliding glass doors open to a deck with a wide lake and mountain view, making this the natural pick for the hosts of the trip.

Bedroom 2 offers a double bed with lamplit nightstands, a cozy fit for a couple or a pair of older kids.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and suits a couple looking for a quiet room to unwind after a beach day.

Bedroom 4 also has a queen bed, giving another couple their own restful space.

Bedroom 5 pairs a queen bed with a twin bed, ideal for parents traveling with a child or a small family sharing a room.

Bedroom 6 is the bunk room every kid will claim first, with wood bunk beds in red and navy bedding holding five double and three twin beds. Colorful bean bags, a geometric rug, moose artwork, a kids play table with star-back chairs, a road-themed play rug, and big windows with mountain views make it a playroom and a sleepover all in one.

    Bathrooms

Six full bathrooms mean no waiting in line. Granite-topped wood vanities and knotty wood doors run throughout, with glass-enclosed tile showers set over pebble floors, a vessel sink, and tub-shower combos for bath time with little ones. One bath stands out with a double-sink vanity and a soaking tub beneath a window framing the mountains, and a tiled walk-in shower with a handheld showerhead adds easy rinse-offs after the beach. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

    Living Areas

The main great room is built for gathering, with vaulted ceilings, a leather sectional, and a gas fireplace topped by a wall-mounted TV, all facing floor-to-ceiling windows over the lake. A second sunlit living room with a bright orange sectional opens through sliding glass doors to the deck. Another open living space adds leather sofas, a large TV, and a ping pong table, so the competitive crowd has its own corner. Upstairs, a bright landing with lake views through tall windows makes a quiet spot to read. Free WiFi, board games, and children's books and toys round things out, and a high chair and Pack 'n Play help families with little ones.

    Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen invites family-style feasts, with light wood cabinets, granite counters and backsplash, stainless appliances, a gas range, a walk-in pantry, and a double sink under a window. Four cushioned barstools line the large granite island for snacks and morning coffee, and a wood dining table nearby seats eight or more with lake views beyond. You'll find a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker, wine glasses, and children's dinnerware.

    Private Beach & Lakefront Living

A green lawn rolls straight down to a sandy beach and calm turquoise water, with snow-dusted peaks on the horizon. Gather around the stone-ringed fire pit on the gravel shoreline for s'mores in Adirondack chairs, fire up the gas grill for summer cookouts, or spread out on the lawn for games. Multi-level covered decks with stone columns let you soak in the view in any weather, and sunsets over the ridge are a nightly show.

    Eden Ranch Community

During your stay you can use the community's lighted pickleball courts, tennis and basketball courts, a covered pavilion, and a boat ramp right on the lake.

Garden City, about 15 minutes away, is the nearest town for dining and supplies.
