'Building is old and needs to be remodeled. No elevator to the second floor and no electrical plug on one side of the bed for my cpap. That was a big problem. TV remote worked only part of the time. Bed and pillows were good as was the shower, but was really old looking.'

'This was a great location and even though it is right next to a highway I did not hear any highway traffic. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast fit our needs.'

'All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!'

'The room was clean and had everything we needed. My husband said his side of the bed sagged toward the side and was not comfortable, but my side was fine. There were only 2 pillows on the bed, and we were glad we had one of our own from the car to use. The pool was very nice and the staff was great. The dog area was pretty small, but the rest of the grounds were nice.'

'Once of the best hotels during our trip. Good location, perfect staff, free hot beverages and nice rooms. However the most expensive hotel we've booked and there were all similar in style. Excelent staff in the front desk. '

'Rooftop bartenders and wait stay , ignored us. They stood around talking to each other. Had to wave at them for service It was me and my husband we ordered food , I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The girl brought one it took 5 mins to get anyone attention to get a 2nd set. Overall the rooftop busy and not busy very bad service.'
