'Goede accommodatie. Mooi stijlvol hotel. Service in de kamer liet wat te wensen over. 1 badjas en 1 koffiebeker voor een 2 persoonskamer. Ook het schoonmaken werd niet gedaan. Tevens is het parkeren erg onduidelijk. Zouden ze bij inchecken aan moeten geven. '

'There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

'I was very pleased with Holiay Inn downtown Milwaukee. All the staff from the woman with long gray hair at the front desk to the valets were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated that the water got hot very fast, rather than having to run it for several minuets. Location is very walkable and safe; I recommend Topelo Honey and the Public Market.'

'Hotel is situated at walking distance from Harley Davidson Museum and downtown. Rooms are huge and very nicely decorated. However, the beds are lumpy and therefore not very comfortable. Bar staff and staff at check out not friendly at all.'

'This location is poorly managed. I got to my one bedroom apartment and it was dirty, with thick dust over the TV, broken toilet paper holder, and broken sink panel. The overhead ventilation was covered with dirt ( I am highly allergic to dust), thick layer of dust, this is where bugs and mites thrive! Horriffic expericence with their staff, housekeeping, and someone named Brooklyn, Marizon, and Celine. No one cared about the filth, the safety issues or just regular things that should have been...

'Room was clean but you can get a sense of how the vibes in the area were once u got to the parking lot, people smoking and drinking outside of the hotel, once I got inside I had problems with getting to my room because they had messed up the names, then once I got the keys to my room there were people drinking in the hallways of the hotel. Room was clean but the service was horrible we asked 3 times to get new towel or even get the beds maid but the never did.'

Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. '
