« Stayed here with my adult daughter overnight on a girls' trip to Waco, and it was perfect! Communication was timely and helpful, and the property was so peaceful. There were beautiful flowers all around, and the antics of the goats we watched from the back windows kept us laughing. Everything was spotless and comfortable. It's close to everything we wanted to do, especially the Homestead Heritage area. I'll definitely add this to my list of places to stay next time I'm in the area! »

« Overall the property was good. We just didn't have wifi so no tv or phone. The property does say no cleaning fee and I should have paid attention to that as the place was not as clean. Hand/finger prints on doors and furniture that could easily be wiped off, hair in shower walls and under the bed/couch area was so dusty and found underwear that could easily be swept, also found a broken iron and the remote batteries were not good. « I loved this little spot! It was exactly what I needed. Clean, quiet, private. The bathtub is absolutely GLORIOUS, and correspondence with Cindie was a delight! I needed a later than usual checkout and she was so gracious and flexible. I would recommend and will stay again! »

« This had to be one of the best stays in Waco. It was super easy to find and conveniently located to the downtown area. It was super clean and very comfortable. Now lets talk about this VIEW.....WOW WHAT A VIEW we could see everything...even the Baylor Stadium. Everything lit up at night was AMAZING!!!
