'This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. '

'Kitchen gear very limited.need bowls for salads etcbought neww tin opener and nothing to whip cream etc.fridge not working so melted icecream etc oi did report this.ldeal place for family gatherings thank you '
