« Accueil agréable. Nous avons eu un problème de toilettes pour lequel j’ai dû me débrouiller seul (on m’a fourni une ventouse), car c’était un dimanche. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre avec obligation de laisser la climatisation tout le temps allumée pour assécher la chambre. »

« The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was not an attitude checking in or checking out. Every staff member we ran into had a smile on their face. Breakfasts was plentiful and a great selection of foods. »

« I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The AC started going out the first night, but it was tolerable. Saturday I spent the day at the pool. Customer service at the bar was mediocre because no matter what you purchased they already get a 20% tip. When I went back to my room Saturday afternoon, the AC was completely out. « The Tru brand by Hilton is a bit different. Nice large bathroom, hardwood floors and 2 comfy queen beds. I couldn’t quite get used to there being no closet. There are several round discs in the room, where you can put your hang up clothes. There is also a long bench under the tv, where I put my luggage. No ceiling fan. No curtains, but a double set of blinds that go up and down. Seems to be a more streamlined look for Hilton! »

« The hotel was clean and close to restaurants nearby. The breakfast was okay. It served its purpose, nothing too fancy. Overall, this was a great stay, especially if you plan to be out exploring Dallas. »

« Enough for a passing hotel. The price is fine. But it lacks a lot of cleaning. The room smelled bad, it seemed that the sheets had not been changed we found hair in it, they smelled strange. »

« The property is dated. It’s clean but the space is tight if you drive a big vehicle. The room was clean but dated. Needs a towel hanging space In The restroom. The breakfast was good. Love that they have directions posted for everything. Overall not bad for price in today’s market. »

« Booked for 2 nights they checked us out after 1 night. Came back later that night they had to give us different room. Wires exposed had to have desk person put outlet cover on. Hair in bed ants crawling on nightstands. Woke up with bites but couldn't find any bugs. Terrible run down place, avoid staying here »

« Arrivée tardive et personnel pas souriant derrière une vitre...ça inspire pas confiance. Lit propre mais couvre-lit taché. Voisins très bruyants...il ne semble pas y avoir de surveillance. Pas de nourriture possible sauf une petite machine distributrice. Mais prix bas donc fallait pas s'attendre à du luxe non plus. »
