Arts & Crafts Classic Home: 3 chambres, 8 personnes, air conditionné, en ville, animaux acceptés!

Une maison classique unique de 2 familles Arts & Crafts Classic. Cette liste est pour le "niveau inférieur" ou en bas seulement avec 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, 8 personnes et est totalement séparé du "niveau supérieur", qui est dans une liste séparée sur VRBO (numéro 1316337), comme le toute la maison (numéro 155078)!

Notre maison d'architecture classique de style arts et artisanat du début des années 1900 est située à deux pas de l'hÎtel Crowne Plaza et à quelques pas de la rue principale de Lake Placid pour ses boutiques et ses restaurants sur les rives du Mirror Lake. Nous sommes également à distance de marche du début et de la fin de l'Ironman. Notre maison a été entiÚrement rénovée et avec beaucoup de soin apporté à chaque détail et en harmonie avec le thÚme et le style d'origine. De la décoration Adirondack bien pensée à la chaleur radian, aux plafonds voûtés, à la peinture détaillée et aux salles de bain privées.

Ce niveau infĂ©rieur ou infĂ©rieur comprend trois chambres (king, queen, queen), une salle de bain privĂ©e complĂšte dans chaque salle de bain, ainsi qu’une salle familiale fermĂ©e avec un canapĂ©-lit, la climatisation, un bureau, une tĂ©lĂ©vision et 2 personnes supplĂ©mentaires. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement et une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans chaque chambre, plus un grand systĂšme de divertissement dans le salon et une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. Il y a de grandes fenĂȘtres partout et chaque chambre est uniquement peinte avec certains ayant une chaleur radian. La cuisine est haut de gamme et ouverte avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour que la famille et les amis se rĂ©unissent. Notre salle Ă  manger peut accueillir huit personnes et nous avons un patio extĂ©rieur privĂ© pour profiter d'une table, des chaises et un grand barbecue Ă  gaz.

Chaque niveau est son propre étage séparé, a une entrée privée et est de 2000 pieds carrés. La maison peut également accueillir jusqu'à huit voitures pour un grand stationnement hors rue.

Pour vous tous Ironmen et Ironman, il y a beaucoup de grands manÚges et des pistes juste devant la porte d'entrée et avec Mirror Lake, la plage et les courts de tennis à environ cinq minutes à pied.

Winter Getaway

We came to Lake Placid for our first time to ski/snowboard Whiteface, skate on the lake, see the town and visit the Olympic venues. This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do! The house was absolutely gorgeous and more than i was even hoping for. Beautifully updated, open concept living room/kitchen but also large enough to offer some privacy and space for our in laws. I would definitely love to stay here again, we were all sad to leave! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and helping to make our trip perfect!

Perfect Family Getaway

My partner and I have both spent a lot of time in Lake Placid before we were together. This was the first time coming back since we started a family and this house was the perfect place to do that. There are essentially 2 primary suites with another bathroom in the third bedroom and a half bath in the laundry room, which we used! It should also be noted that the washer/dryer are top of the line. The fourth room was the perfect play room for the kids and then converted to their bedroom at the end of the day with the pull out couch. The grill is was huge and fully functional and the kitchen island/dining room table was actually awesome for keeping messy kid eaters contained. Everything worked as it should have and was exceptionally clean. Parking is easy...Yes, there is a pretty steep hill when you are coming back from town, but we brought a stroller and it did not hinder the experience at all. This home is a gem and we hope to stay here in the future. Thank you!

Very good location to walk to areas for shopping and dining. House was nice but outside areas (front and side porch) were not cleaned off for sitting outside without getting dirty from pollen/dust/dirt possibly after the winter/spring season. Otherwise, overall was a nice stay.

Comfortable, clean, great location.

This place is wonderful. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and pillows are super cozy and comfortable. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, silverware, grilling utensils, and misc other kitchen items. Nice washer and dryer. Body wash/shampoo/conditioner were provided and very good quality product. The kitchen/living space is bigger than it appears. TVs in each room makes for everyone to be able to wind down and watch their show/movie if necessary. Only a few board games but that was fine for us since we spent a lot of our time hiking/exploring the area. The porch is amazing. Great place to read, have a glass of wine and/or just relax. The location is perfect - just walk down the hill and you are right where all the shopping/restaurants are. Plus the Olympic center is right there. Close drive to putt-putt, the ski jump, VanHoevenberg, grocery stores and so much more. Great communication and recommendations by Rudy! Top class host and place to stay. We would definitely book again and recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay/experience!!

We were a family of 8, with adult children. We have stayed in short term rental homes in Europe, Mexico, Canada and the US. This home was very clean and spacious, had all amenities you would need, the host was very responsive. Short walk to Main Street, the Olympic Arena/ Museum and Mirror Lake. Great place to stay.

Went up with 4 friends to go skiing and we all had plenty of room and space. The place was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and had all that you needed. Perfect getaway to the Adirondacks and the host was very clear with expectations. Would definitely rent again!

We cannot say enough about the house, great location to the hockey rinks as we were there for the Can/Am tournament. The house is well appointed, towels blankets pillows! Property is extremely convenient to Main St and Grand Adirondack wedding venue. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped to cook and dine in. Hilltop location may challenge pedestrians who are uncomfortable with sloped sidewalks, but we had vehicles and enjoyed walking to take in the views.

Whiteface long weekend

Excellent property for most anything you want to do in and around Lake Placid. Charming home with nice bedrooms and bathrooms as well as fantastic kitchen. Short walk down the hill to Main Street & Mirror Lake and 15 min drive to Whiteface. We will be back!

Excellent Lake Placid Location

The house is roomy, with 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It is in a great location at the top of the hill above Main Street. This is easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street.
