Châteaux à Lake Mathews

« We only stayed for one night and checked in later in the night so we unfortunately didn’t make use of the amenities. Front guest staff was friendly! Our biggest problem was the electrical issues. Upon checking into our room none of the lights worked. Bedside lamps, room lamp, bathroom light. We didn’t make this an issue since we arrived just in time to go straight to sleep. However, the power went out at about 2:45am & was out for about an hour. Then it happened again around 5am for another...

« When we checked in at the hotel, the person at the front desk did not make us feel welcome. She had a bad attitude and showed no kindness or professional behavior. We stayed there just because we had to overnight in the area and there are no better hotels in the area, otherwuse we would have chosen another hotel. »

« Great hotel. Clean, comfortable beds and great staff. The door to the bathroom was squeaky and I asked for them to fix. When I came back the door was perfect and not waking up my kid when I opened it. »

« Toujours le même problème avec le réceptionniste, désinvolture aucun renseignement sur le petit déjeuner, toujours l’air de le déranger et un peu fatigué. »

« First of all the room did not have a view, when checking in we were asked where we wanted at the end the room had no view. Secondly we were asked if we wanted to join membership, we received the 10 bucks credit but could not use as the cafeteria closes at 10am and our check out 11a , and thirdly the tub keeps getting clogged very gross. »
