Hotelresorts in Lake Mathews

'I wish the rooms were mopped an vacumed ann furniture wiped down and dusted'

'We have stayed at many, many Marriott hotels over the years. I have a Bonvoy membership and before that was a preferred guest. Sadly, staying at this hotel was by far the worst experience we have ever had. I wish we had known about the remodeling effort. That aside, the curtains in the room were torn, the window was so dirty we could barely see out of it, there was no artwork on the walls so it felt like we were in a cube, the restaurant was bleak, and we had to request washcloths three times....

'Well, there is a desk light I cannot turn it off. I have to either plug out the power cord, or shut my door so it won’t bother me when I’m asleep.'

'So comfy and clean !'

'When we return to Riverside this is the hotel we always stay at. Good location great amenities and staff.'
