'Thank you for making this property comfortable. The check-in was easy. Lights had been left on as I was not arriving till late. I booked a 1 bed property but was surprised to receive a 3 bed but only used 1. I did find that a few windows were left open, bathroom exhaust fans were running and the back door was unlocked but nothing had been touched internally. The bed was very comfortable. I was surprised to find there were no coat hangers in the property, no milk in the fridge but this was not a...

'Although I have mobility issues with arthritis this property is more than managable as it caters to the disibility impaired with a lift & bathroom suited to these needs. The bed is divine. Full size fridge is great. But most of all the security is top notch with it requiring 3 codes to even knock on my door. I love it!'

'This is proving to be very comfortable & convenient & Im considering a longer stay with my business in Newcastle ongoing, I cant think of a better location for being central to the city & it allows me to at the end of the day being able to switch off & wind down & enjoy the peace & privacy this place has to offer.'
