'What a house with an incredible view! Honestly, the house and location is BETTER than shown on the listing. So secluded with lots of space, very homey and comfortable feeling inside the house, lots of towels, hot tub AMAZING, SUPER quiet outside, and CLEAN. 'This was a fantastic place to gather with my friends. We are in our 50s. We love to sit on a porch enjoying wine, tasty snacks, and fantastic views. This location was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of places to sit inside and out. And the views were magnificent. In addition, the barn with corn hole and darts was so much fun! It has made it to the list of favorite rentals for our get togethers!'

'Got away with the pups for a couple of days while work was being done on our house. Perfect fenced in area for the dogs. It’s comfortable, decorated well, clean, & close to town. Everything you’d need is there. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again!'

'Aside from the rough basement laundry, and stained shower curtain, this was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure, comfortable beds, and welcome bottle of wine...I don't drink so I'd rather have filtered water, but my sister enjoyed a glass. Nice mystical vibe!'

'Very Clean, well appointed, appliances worked, bed was comfortable, GPS and directions accurate. Remote, quiet (except for faint traffic noise) lots of birdsongs and Mountain views. Highly recommend it if you desire a quiet getaway. (About 10 miles from downtown Sylva on steep gravel road. I strongly suggest arriving in daylight).'

'We really enjoyed staying there. Very modern, clean, easy to find and perfect for our use. However, the location, 50 yards from a 4 line busy street, pulls down the over all impression. Recommend doing something with insulation. In addition, a wobbly and noisy bed in the main bed room added to problems sleeping during the stay.'
