Situated on a quiet culdesac located between holes 4 and 5 of the picturesque Split Rock golf course, this contemporary Pocono Mountains home offers luxurious comfort for your mountain retreat. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath vacation paradise features a master suite with full bath, tv, and a private deck overlooking the oversized wooded lot and seasonal stream that flows through the back of the property. Enjoy the modern kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with a large peninsula fully equipped with service for 8.

Relax on the screened in porch or outdoor deck where you can barbeque or enjoy happy hour with friends and family.
Also, enjoy relaxing by the firepit in the backyard and roasting marshmallows.

Located less than 3 miles from either Big Boulder Mountain or Jack Frost Mountain and Golf Course, a quick 5 minute drive will deliver you to some of the finest skiing, snowboarding and tubing the Poconos has to offer. Less than 3 quarters of a mile away, you can enjoy the H2000 indoor waterpark. In the warmer season, less than half a mile away is the immaculately maintained and scenic Split Rock golf course which features 27 challenging holes. The well appointed Sunset Green offers a beautiful bar and full service restaurant where you can grab a quick burger or 5 star meal. A short 3 quarters of a mile away brings you to scenic Lake Harmony where you can enjoy a cocktail at the outdoor Sand Bar, rent canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, or take a leisurely guided tour of Lake Harmony on the Yeti Watersports pontoon boat. This four season Pocono paradise will give you, your family and/or friends relaxation, fun and memories for all ages.
Also nearby is the beautifully scenic Hickory Run state park where you can enjoy hiking, biking, public beach and waterfalls.

Great getaway!

We enjoyed this house for a ski getaway. It was cozy and close to Big Boulder and Jack Frost. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Cozy Winter Stay

My family and my sister's family had a wondeful time at Ed's Place celebrating my son's birthday, snow tubing and enjoying a couple of Brenda's excellent restaurant recommendations. She was prompt and responsive to all my questions. The home accommodations were comfortable and there were a fun selection of books and puzzles for both adults and kids. We completed at least 2 puzzles during our trip. We were excited there was fresh snow the 1st night of our stay and we had no issues getting in or out or traveling the area. I would definitely recommend Ed's Place and I wouldnt hesitate to book again if we return to the area again!

Brenda was very nice

Had a problem with the heating and thermostats. They would be on 55 degrees but read 67. It was difficult to tell how to set them. There were plenty of dishes and pans to use in the kitchen. Brenda gave us a call about the fire place and was very helpful.

The best yet

This property is the best I've stayed at yet. Very clean, well stocked with everything, beds were comfortable, games, movies, books, wine cooler, condiments, wifi, etc. Close to amenities, private, very well decorated. We only needed to bring ourselves and food. My family like to stay safe for New Year's having millennials and a 11 year old. So we gather for New Year's at winter resorts, this was our first time going East to PA and I'm glad we did. This place was nice. Thank you host for providing a great stay for myself and family. Easily to communicate and check in. No issues while there.

Perfect getaway!

We booked this as our family was staying nearby but didn’t have room for all of us! (Okay, I also like time with family but not in such close quarters). This property was perfect! It felt like home immediately. It was very clean and the towels and linens were luxurious. Beds were comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for reading on a rainy day! There were loads of games and we had our family over for a BBQ one night and pizza another on the spacious deck, overlooking the fire pit with the perfect benches around it! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, spices and supplies. We loved the Keurig and kcups (only thing is we didn’t realize it was a keurig or we would have brought our reusable filters. We finally bought a travel one (I am a recycling fanatic). Bedrooms were spacious and I was spoiled by the comfy king sized master bedroom. The deer were amazing and you could tell people must be feeding them as one walked up to me when I got out of my car one day! But they were all over the back yard and we just watched them from the deck or the screened in porch. The host was accessible although we didn’t really need anything! I would definitely recommend

This house was a cozy, tucked-away spot with everything we wanted in a Poconos getaway. We stayed here during the summer for a weeklong family vacation. Everything was just as described in the profile, and the host was always available for any questions we had. It was magical!

Golf Weekend!

The house was a perfect fit for our needs. The location to multiple golf courses makes the travel convenient and the amenities provided in the house worked out great. The house was clean and in great condition. We would definitely book the house again next year.

Perfect Stay!

The property was exactly as described in the pictures and the listing. Very clean and in a great location. The outdoor fire pit adds to the charm of the home. Beds were very comfortable and the house is well stocked with plenty of clean towels and linens. It was a pleasure to stay in Brenda's home and would not hesitate in renting again!

Beautiful and Clean

My friends and I had such an amazing time at this property. It was clean and the location was a short drive to white water rafting, which we were looking forward to for this trip. The kitchen was well supplied- we were able to cook, bake, and grill for the weekend with no issues. The sun room was a beautiful touch as the weather during our stay was absolutely beautiful. We had a great time at the fire pit as well.

Great place for a family trip

My family had a great time in this home! Plenty of space to hang out inside and out. We loved the fire pit and the screened in porch. They provided plenty of books and board games (and the dining table is great for board games!!). Cabin location was tucked away in the woods while still only 5 to 10 minutes away from food, hikes and the lake. Overall lovely time!

Very nice place

It is a very nice house! I was amazed at everything that was provided...towels, dishes, spices, laundry soap, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The only complaint I had was the ac unit in the living room froze up which lead to leaking all over the floor. My daughter went for a good slide before falling. Thank goodness she didn't get hurt. The owner was aware of it and I wasn't told until we came back to a mess and I contacted her. There will be a new unit within the next month, I believe she said.

Great getaway in the Poconos!

The property was beautiful and well stocked with videos, books games and puzzles. Looks like it was recently renovated, nicely decorated and very clean. You can tell that a lot of thought and care was put into maintaining and furnishing the house. The only surprise was that you can hear the trucks on the highway at night if you have the windows open in summer. You should bring your own soap and shampoo and I recommend bringing your own towels if you don't want to get up early to wash and dry the towels provided before checking out. Overall it's a lovely home and peaceful quiet place to get away.

Great vacation spot

The house had everything we needed and was a beautiful get away for our family! The only thing I wish I had clarified before booking was that though it is near the lakes, the house does not come with memberships to the beach clubs at the lakes therefore we had to drive farther away to go swimming. Saying this so that it may be helpful to others looking to get away to this beautiful area, otherwise, it was really perfect and beautiful. Thanks for being such great hosts for us!

Close to Ski Slopes

A few friends and I wanted to enjoy a weekend learning how to snowboard at Jack Frost and Big Boulder mountains. Brenda's location was perfect, only 10-20 minutes away from either mountain, plus many other ski slopes nearby. The place was spacious and accommodated 6 adults perfectly.
