'The Comfort Inn is just off Route 9 so it is close enough to the hubbub of Lake George but far enough away that it was very relaxing. The room was clean and quiet.'

'The Admiral was an excellent place to stay for the money. A very clean and well-maintained property. Very cute and charming 50's style office/home with hanging flowers pots all around it. Two level motels with a very nice pool. The motel is on the end of the main downtown waterfront so it's very easy to walk. It's perfect to leave car at motel since the town charges to park on street. No food available, only coffee in room. Nice little breakfast place 1 min walking across street. Other places...

'I booked this hotel because it looked beautiful and it also said on its website that it had a pool. I called and spoke to someone at the front desk and asked about the pool situation because it was the most important thing because of my kids. I was told the pool was on site, and even was told that a great deal of money had been put into upgrading the pool. I was never told once that the pool wasnt owned by Gideon Putnam Hotel and Resort. 'Great stay for the price range, no issues at all. Breakfast was above average, and staff kept everything replenished promptly whenever items ran low. Tables were always clean. Rooms were clean, updated, and well-equipped with plenty of USB ports. The pool and hot tub were both kept clean, and towels were well stocked throughout. A nice bonus: 4 EV chargers (non-Tesla) at 25¢/kWh, cheaper than most public charging stations. Would stay here again.'
