'Overall room was fine. People were so loud into the night but I guess that’s Put-in-Bay. People in the other rooms were singing and yelling until 4 am. There is no staff onsite after 9, so no one to notify. The floor was very dirty. We got caught in some rain and we tried to clean up the floor and the towel was very dark after. We weren’t there to really watch TV but I did try to turn it on to drown out the noise and the TV didn’t work. Overall we had a good time there but the hotel was meh. '

'Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.'

'BAYSHORE was very nice. I will definitely tell ever about this place. The views were amazing and the staff top notch. Thank you for an amazing stay and will definitely be back next year. The only thing it was missing that would make it perfect was a little refrigerator, coffee pot and a small safe. '

'Location is great for downtown- within walking distance.Hotel room was clean.View is great.There is only 1 temperature for water, it is not hot or cold. Lukewarm at best.Front desk staff on check out day was less then helpful & seem bothered by guests.'
